Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of TMA Temecula Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or visit our website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services.

Services Provided

TMA Temecula Masonry provides professional masonry services including, but not limited to, brick repair, chimney work, tuckpointing, retaining walls, patios, walkways, stone veneer installation, and other related masonry construction and repair services. All services are subject to availability and are provided based on a written estimate and agreement between TMA Temecula Masonry and the client.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free on-site consultations and written estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted if additional work or unforeseen issues are discovered during the project. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the written estimate and contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment can be made by cash, check, or other agreed-upon methods. Failure to make payment as agreed may result in suspension of work or legal action to collect payment.

Scheduling and Timeline

We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit requirements, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.

Permits and Compliance

TMA Temecula Masonry will obtain all necessary permits for your project when required. It is the client's responsibility to ensure access to the property and to inform us of any HOA requirements or restrictions. We comply with all local building codes and safety regulations.

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our work and offer a warranty on labor and materials as specified in your contract. The warranty period and terms will be clearly outlined in your written agreement. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others.

Liability and Insurance

TMA Temecula Masonry is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and our team. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden structures that are not properly marked or disclosed.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for materials purchased, labor performed, and other costs incurred. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

Limitation of Liability

TMA Temecula Masonry's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by TMA Temecula Masonry remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for promotional and portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Riverside County, California, in accordance with California law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
